Creating Some Goddamn Infrastructure

Roku had learned some time back that he could circumnavigate the globe in under two minutes, and today, he planned on fully utilizing that knowledge to run streaks across all the Shinobi countries. The plan was rather simple. He'd run West to East, planting a Hiraishin seal every mile, then run North one mile. He'd place a Hiraishin seal there, and run East to West, planting a Hiraishin seal every mile. The final product would be the creation of an infrastructure for the man, where the nearest Hiraishin seal from every single location on the continent would never be more than a half mile away. After he was finished, he'd go shower and eat some lunch, and then look for something else to waste the rest of his day away with.
