Personality: Junzo is a serious, militaristic man. He believes if one works hard, this is the only way to be successful. He has many regrets in his life, but has devoted himself to the betterment of the village. Being his age, he was around for most of the previous jinchuurikis life and thus, managed to learn things about their training to master their skill and beast. This and is intense loyalty to the village are why he was chosen to be Arcadius' mentor.
