Description: The Shukumeigan is unique to the Unmei clan as a eye that manifests in either left or right eye (but never both) that appears to give the eye three pupils in a upside-down triangle formation, the central pupil or fourth pupil slits and the user gains markings around the eye, marking the markings of their symbol. This eye was their primary power and allowed them to read the fates of others and manipulate fate in their favor. The main power of the Shukumeigan grants the user to percieve a jutsu and allows them to manipulate it that it allows them to avoid it and it allows them to see through genjutsu of equal rank to their eye's level. This eye also allows the user to access the clan's unique summoning contract of the Unmei Tarot deck; kept sealed from all attempts to open it besides someone from the Unmei clan who has awakened their Shukumeigan. The awakening process is fairly simple in theory, but isn't the easiest either as the member of the Unmei clan who wishes to unlock this eye must experience a near-death experience and possess the will to change their fate, allowing them to unlock it. This can be done by a real life event or by genjutsu; anything that invokes the user's will to change fate.
To cause a jutsu to miss them, the Unmei clan member must spend chakra equal to the amount the opponent used to cast it and it must equal the level their eye is at, so at C-rank, it can't cause a A-rank jutsu to miss them as its beyond their power to.
D-rank: Unlocked at start, can stop D-rank jutsu and see through equal rank genjutsu.
C-rank: 3 post training, allows user to stop C-rank jutsu and genjutsu of equal rank
B-rank: 5 post training, allows user to stop B-rank jutsu and genjutsu of equal rank
A-rank: 7 post training, allows user to stop A-rank jutsu and genjutsu of equal rank
S-rank: 9 post training, allows user to stop S-rank jutsu and genjutsu of equal rank

when summoned, the fool appears as a humanoid creature, wearing a grey webbed mask with blue eyes and long strains of grey tendrils that flow behind it. It possesses a dark purple and liliac outfit with burnt orange shoes, giving it the look of a alien jester. History: The fool is one of the Tarots; a being that fate resolves around and was part of a family of other beings, not quite a clan, but still a collective. They came to the world centuries ago and spread out once hitting the service, causing all sorts of havoc. The fool, amused by humanity, mimicked the look of a jester or fool and spent his time messing around with humans and causing mischief. Although his spree came to a end when the first members of the Unmei clan sealed him away with their sealing jutsu and their eye. He was the first to be sealed and out of the Tarot card summons, he is by far the easiest to master and summon. Reputation: The fool is known to be weak physically and is practically useless in a fight, heavily relaying on its genjutsu to distract or cause his opponents to fight each other instead of attacking him. The Fool enjoys playing pranks, making fun of opponents, although back before he was sealed, this most often got him into more problems then he could handle and tends to run at the first sign that his genjutsu is broken, so he is also cowardly. As long as the fool remains out, it causes a genjutsu that causes opponents to view it as being somewhere when it is in fact somewhere else and alters the location of its summoner, making hitting them quite hard. It can also make someone else appear as either the summoner or the fool itself to further distract the opponent. Requires only D-rank upkeep, although with how weak the fool is, most experience ninjas, especially those with experience in genjutsu, will eventually work out the fool's power, which then can be broken by using genjutsu: release. When summoned, the Magician appears as a humanoid creature with a alien, smooth head with two blue dots for eyes. It appears to have shoulder armor, a ornate outfit consisting of a high red collar, a mainly white suit with lightning bolt shaped grey marks on it, black puffy pants with white stripes, a purple/lialiac belt with gems and red, long pointed shoes. It also has metal bangs on its wrists and a swirl pattern on the palms of its hands it uses to product its attack. Clan bonuses:Summon Experts: The Unmei clan were widely known for their ability to summon creatures. When using the deck of true fate, they can summon as many from the deck equal to their ninjutsu rank: 1 at beginner, 2 at adapt, 3 at expert, 4 at master and 5 at GM. However, they cannot take any other summoning contract if a member of this clan.
