Name: Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant Rank: C Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-30m Description: Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant is a sound-based genjutsu passed down on Mount Myōboku. It is said to be the most powerful genjutsu in their arsenal. It is immensely powerful and only has to reach the target's sense of hearing to be a success. Even if there are several hundred targets, they are completely disconnected from each other. Inside the genjutsu world, the targets are surrounded from all sides by four toad samurai, with their mind and body completely sealed between their hands in an illusionary cube of water. The four unmoving toads won't lift the complete binding until the user gives the order. After the enemies have been caught in the genjutsu, all that is left to do is to strike the finishing blow in the real world, with Mount Myōboku's secret Stone Swords (石剣, Ishiken) which are driven into the targets' hearts like a wedge.
Despite this technique's great power, it takes some time for the users to synchronise melodies, and since it uses sound, it gives away their location, allowing opponents to attack them while it is being prepared. Name: Frog Kata Rank: C Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-30m Description: The Frog Kata is a fighting style used exclusively by those who have mastered Sage Mode and trained with the toads of Mount Myōboku. The senjutsu chakra used during Sage Mode "activates" the body in various ways, enhancing the user's speed, reflexes, strength, stamina and durability. This allows a sage to achieve incredible feats which include leaping great distances, shattering sharp materials with their bare hands, as well as lifting objects several times their size. When using Frog Kata, the natural energy used by the practitioner to create senjutsu chakra also surrounds the user in an aura of that same natural energy. This aura can act as an extension of their body and cannot be seen by anyone other than those who have trained in senjutsu. By utilising the aura, the user can extend the range and force of their physical attacks. Strikes that seemingly or would normally miss will actually make contact with the target. Only users of Sage Mode can see or sense this aura's extension. Nothing else, not even the Rinnegan can see it. Name: Fighting Tongue Bind Rank: C Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-30m Description: After focusing senjutsu chakra to it, the user's tongue grows to its maximum limit and is reshaped with a face. The tongue will then seek out the scent of its target. When the target is found, the tongue ensnares it to prevent escape and marks it with a corrosive chemical. Requirements: Senjutsu [Toad]
Name: Fighting Tongue Slash Rank: C Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-30m Description: By kneading senjutsu chakra, the user's tongue grows and gains utmost solidity and sharpness. It then leaps from their mouth with tremendous speed and force, even tearing a hole through bedrock and metal pipes. With that ground-splitting power, the enemy is cut in half. The way that both the enemy and the ground itself are cut apart is reminiscent of the strike of a great sword. Requirements: Senjutsu [Toad]
Name: Sage Mode Rank: D-S Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: self Description: Users of Sage Mode must possess "extreme chakra levels" to invoke senjutsu. It is also important that their bodies be strong enough to support the increased power. In order to enter Sage Mode, the gatherer must remain absolutely still in order to be one with nature and balance the natural energy with their own physical and spiritual energies. If the user puts too little natural energy into using senjutsu, the technique will not work. Conversely, if too much natural energy is taken in, their body will turn to stone forever; humans will also be transformed into whichever animal's school the senjutsu was learned from. Name: Summoning Technique Rank: C Type: Space-Time Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-30m Description: Before an animal summoning can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed it is valid even after the contractors death as long as the contract itself remains intact. After this, they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mould their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be. It is possible for a summoner to summon a group of the same contracted animal, as opposed to a single individual. It should be noted that anyone can summon a contracted animal as long as they have the blood of someone who has made a contract, the seal of the summoned creature and a source of sufficient chakra that the summon will accept. A creature is capable of determining who is attempting to summon it from the chakra used.
While most summoners have only been shown capable of summoning one type of creature, Rinnegan users (through the Animal Path) are able to summon several different animals and even people, and do not require a blood offering when performing this technique. Some are able to summon two species, although not at the same time.
Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle. The summon is not required to help the user, and may be more of a hindrance than an ally. In addition, summons are able to summon their summoner. They may also wear a forehead protector, suggesting a loyalty to only one village. Summoning can serve as a base for other techniques, as is the case with Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer Technique and Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance. In the event that a summon is busy, a substitute can choose to be summoned in their stead. Animals that are being controlled or tailed beasts or possibly a combination of both require the summoner's chakra to keep them under the summoning technique. Name: Sage Art: Frog Call Rank: B Type: Senjutsu/Genjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-50m Description: After focusing Senjutsu chakra to their throats, the user croaks releasing large, loud and immensely powerful sound waves that effectively annoy, distract and temporarily paralyse any afflicted targets completely for the duration of the technique, it quickly dries out the users throat however. Name: Sage Art: Hair Needle Senbon Rank: B Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-50m Description: When in Sage Mode, the user can use a senjutsu-enhanced version of the Hair Needle Senbon technique. At the same time that the user kneads chakra and fires the hair needles, the user also activates their hair roots causing the hair to grow at an accelerated rate thus making limitless rapid-fire possible. Dodging this technique with speed alone is almost impossible and the only way to counter this technique is by blocking it. Requirements: Senjutsu [Not Species Specific]
Name: Summoning: Rashōmon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: 0-50m Handseals: Snake+ touching of ground Blood must offered like most summons Description: Shut tightly, this menacing gate when summoned provides a tremendous defence for its summoner and is able to completely intercept an opponent's physical attack. B-rank attacks are higher will be blocked by this barrier, and A-rank attacks will be dampened to that of C-rank level, during which the gate would either be broken through or collapse. This can be bought or learn normally if user doesn't have a summoning contract. Requires a Five post Training topic to utilize if you already have a summon contract.
Name: Sage Art: Amphibian Technique Rank: A Type: Senjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-70m Description: This technique is used by toad sages to fuse with a another toad sage user. It maximises the sage chakra for the person they are fused to and allows them to access Sage Mode. This also allows the sages to continuously gather natural energy for the user, as they cannot do so himself while on the move, thus eliminating the weakness of exhausting all of their natural energy in battle. This is not possible if the user is a jinchuriki though. Requirements: Senjutsu [Toad]
Name: Summoning: Triple Rashōmon Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: 0-70m Handseals: Slapping of ground with both hands to make two summon seals. Blood must offered like most summons. Description: The Summoning: Triple Rashōmon is an upgrade to the standard Summoning: Rashōmon, which — as its name suggests — summons not one, but three menacing Rashōmon. The technique requires two summoning seals to be completed, and these gates serve the same function as the single Rashōmon, but with triple the defence. The first gate takes the attack head-on, the second reduces the attack's power and the third disperses the pressure, causing all attacks that come in contact with it to lose their power before they can be effective. The gates can tank attacks up to A-rank. One A-rank attack would stop at the second gate, another A-rank attack would breach through the second gate but stop at the third gate, and it's only after a third A-rank attack would the third gate be breached and go on to attack the user at the B-rank level). The Triple Rashomon can dampen S-rank attacks down to C-rank level but all of the three gates would be breached. Requires Rashomon.
Name: Sage Art: Gate of the Great God Rank: S Type: Senjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Range: 0-100m Description: The user manifests a select number of massive red torii that fall down from above, in order to pin an intended target between the gate and the ground. The size and strength of these torii is such that they can even be used to immobilise the Ten-Tails. These torii are quite versatile and can be used in several different ways with the Seal Ten allowing the user to pin several individual targets simultaneously and the other variant being the Seal Head which creates a single, large torii, intended to pin the target's neck beneath it, so as to immobilise their head. Afterwards, the target is imbued with natural energy to stop it from resisting. Requirements: Senjutsu [Not species specific]
Name: Sage Art: Goemon Rank: S Type: Senjutsu Element: Fire Release and Wind Release Range: 0-100m Description: After having driven the enemy into a corner, for instance indoors or in a pit, three toad sages work together with one creating a large volume of oil, followed by another performing a large Wind Release technique to propel the oil and the last sage performing a large Fire Release technique to ignite it. Within an instant, that area will be filled with oil burning at temperatures of thousands of degrees. The super-heated oil creates an inferno of such magnitude that, within an instant, the target and the surrounding area will be reduced to cinders. Requirements: Three Toad Sages.
Name: Summoning: Quintuple Rashomon Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: None Range: 0-100m Hand Seals: Snake, Slapping of ground with one hand. Blood must offered like most summons. Description: While one already boasting enormous defensive properties, with this technique the user summons five Rashōmon gates to block an incoming attack. The defence is quite formidable, and with five gates, the user is also able to change the trajectory of an attack as powerful as a Tailed Beast Ball equipped with a Susanoo Sword. Quintuple Rashomon can soak up damage from S-rank attacks. One S-rank attack would stop at the fourth gate, and a second S-rank attack is required to knock the fifth gate down; however, the fifth gate would still be able to block all of that second S-rank attack. This technique costs 90 Chakra. Requirements: Must have Rashomon and Triple Rashomon beforehand. Ninjutsu Master level. Costs 2000 EXP. Cannot be trained with post Count.
